This page explains what information Nabho Bazaar uses to run the online store and help with orders.
Information you provide
When you use an account or place an order, we may keep your name, phone number or email address, delivery address and map pin, basket, order items, order status and messages you send us. Google sign-in, when enabled, provides your verified Google account details. WhatsApp verification, when enabled, uses the phone number you enter.
How we use it
We use this information to sign you in, keep your basket and address, prepare and manage orders, contact you about an order, and respond to support requests. We do not sell customer information.
Browser and server storage
A guest basket and your sign-in token are kept in your browser tab’s session storage. Customer profiles, addresses, baskets and orders are stored on the website’s protected server storage. Signing out removes the account information shown in that tab; it does not erase previous orders from the store’s records.
Services used by the site
Our site is hosted with Hostinger. Map search and tiles use OpenStreetMap services; using the map or a location pin can share a search or coordinates with those services. When activated, Google handles Google sign-in and Fast2SMS handles WhatsApp verification messages.
Your choices and requests
You can choose whether to use the device GPS prompt. To ask about the information linked to your account, request a correction, or discuss deletion, email Support@nabhobazaar.com. We may need to verify that the account belongs to you before changing its details.
