1. Choose your items
Explore the catalogue and review quantities and prices in your basket. You can do this before signing in.
2. Add a delivery location
At checkout, provide your delivery address and map pin so the team can identify the destination. Location permission is requested only if you choose the GPS option.
3. Place your order
After sign-in, review the final order and select an available payment method. For cash on delivery, our team calls to confirm the order before dispatch.
4. Follow its status
Sign in to your account to see your own order history and status updates. Delivery availability and timing depend on your location and the store’s confirmation.
